ABOUT ME

I'm a graphic designer with a strong interest in poster design and visual storytelling. I enjoy creating movie posters, particularly within the horror genre, where atmosphere, symbolism, and typography play a big role in shaping the viewer's first impression of a film. My work focuses on experimenting with dark imagery, dramatic layouts, and cinematic compostiion to capture the mood and tension that make horror visually compelling.

The VVitch Poster

The VVitch

This movie poster captures the folk horror essence of Robert Egger's movie The VVitch by using a woodcut texture that feels like a 17th century artifact. The tight crop of the goat creates an immediate sense of claustrophobia, mirroring the family's isolation in the New England wilderness. By placing the witches' forest sabbath scene within the gaot's eyes, I've transformed the figure from an animal to a 'window' to the devil, signaling that the family is being watched by the very evil they fear.

Run Rabbit Run Poster

Run Rabbit Run

This poster captures the film's unsettling atmosphere through a minimalist, pattern based composition. The design features a repetitive motif of white rabbits with red eyes set against a muted teal background, mirroring the film's exploration of Sarah Snook's character, a fertility doctor whose firm grasp on reality begins to fracture. The rabbit is a central symbol in the film, representing both a literal pet and a figurative link to a repressed past. The use use of a repeating pattern suggests a sense of being trapped or overwhelmed by these mounting memories. The "sinister turn" mentioned in the tagline is visually respresented by the jarring contrast between the silhouette of the rabbits and their haunting, glowing eyes, a nod to the eerie childhood drawings and the increasingly bizarre behavior of the young protagonist.

The Killing of a Sacred Deer Poster

The Killing of a Sacred Deer

This poster for Yorgos Lanthimos's The Killing of a Sacred Deer translates the film's clinical, modern Greek tragedy into a haunting anatomical display. By centering a suspended fawn against the black void, the design emphasizes the inevitable fate of the innocent caught in a cycle of justice and revenge. The scattered typography of the title mimics a flow, agonizing descent, mirroring the physical deterioration of the characters as they succumb to a mysterious, unexplained paralysis.
